Stackhouse Poland acquires J C Richards Ltd

Stackhouse Poland Limited, the specialist private client, corporate and charity insurance broker, has concluded its second acquisition in twelve months with the purchase of J C Richards Limited, the Surrey based brokers.

As a result of this acquisition the Guildford and London-based broker now controls in excess of £23 million of gross premium via its 60 staff.

Jeremy Richards, former managing director of J C Richards Limited, will remain with the company and continue to service his private and corporate clients from the London offices of Stackhouse Poland.

This new acquisition follows the highly successful purchase and integration into the business of RHB Insurance Services in 2006.  Jeremy Cary, Stackhouse Poland’s Managing Director, said

“This is the continuation of our strategy to continue strong organic growth supplemented by brokers with similar portfolios of clients and with a like-minded and service-driven approach to their client base.  We are looking forward to working with Jeremy Richards over the coming years as he helps to grow our business in London.”
