STACKHOUSE POLAND ACQUIRES RHB INSURANCE SERVICES
Stackhouse Poland has continued its expansion with the acquisition of London based broker RHB Insurance Services with effect from 30th December 2005.
This concludes another successful year of trading for the Guildford based broker, being the fourth year since the MBI carried out by Jeremy Cary, James Agnew and Keith Hester.In this time, the Company has tripled in size and with the new acquisition, now controls £20,000,000 of gross premium via its 60 staff in 2 locations.Alan Rolinson, the majority shareholder in RHB said, “Stackhouse Poland is an impressive organisation and I am delighted with the way in which this acquisition has been handled. I know my valued clients are in safe hands and my loyal employees will flourish as Stackhouse Poland continues to expand.”
