Stackhouse Poland Acquires LFC

Stackhouse Poland has further cemented its position as one of the country’s leading independent insurance brokers with its acquisition of the business of LFC Insurance Brokers together with certain assets. This includes the business of Shield Underwriting.

LFC, with offices in South Woodham Ferrers and Eastbourne, was founded in 1988 and specialises in the Commercial, Property & Professional insurance sectors together with some High Net Worth business, so similarly aligned to Stackhouse Poland.

This latest acquisition, which moves the Stackhouse Poland Group closer to the £100 million GWP barrier and extends their operating footprint to 7 locations in London and the South East. In addition the company has three specialist joint venture companies including Green Park Insurance Services & HFM Columbus Insurance Services, specialising in the provision of insurance to wealthy private clients and commercial property owners.
