Taking steps to get you back in business
Most claims are straightforward and can be dealt with easily. But in any event it’s imperative the business is back trading normally as quickly as possible. That’s where Stackhouse Poland steps in.Many claims, for instance Employers or Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers insurance, require specialist advice and you should, in the first instance, contact us as soon as possible with the pertinent information.
Making property damage and/or business interruption claims
- Report the loss to Stackhouse Poland immediately. We will send you a claim form to complete and a Loss Adjuster may be appointed to oversee the procedure
- Notify the police where there is a theft, burglary or in cases of malicious damage, and obtain a crime reference number
- Take all the necessary steps to ensure the loss is minimised, as if you had no insurance cover
- Stackhouse Poland will advise on estimates you need to arrange for any items requiring replacement or repairs which need to be undertaken
