Stackhouse Poland Acquires Allison & Partners
Stackhouse Poland has cemented its position as one of the country’s leading independent insurance brokers with its acquisition of Plexstar Insurance Services Ltd trading as Allison & Partners.
Allison & Partners, based in Maldon, Essex was founded in 1978 and is a specialist professional indemnity broker with a particular focus on recruitment, IT & surveyors.
This latest acquisition, which takes Stackhouse Poland through the £50 million GWP barrier, extends their operating footprint to 5 locations in London and the South East. In addition the company has two specialist joint venture companies, Green Park Insurance Services and HFM Columbus Insurance Services, specialising in the provision of insurance to wealthy private clients and commercial property owners.
