The Assessment of Values for
Private Clients

Research shows that 80% of individuals with contents values over £50,000 are under-insured – see Press Release 27.5.02 – more than 80% UK affluent under-insured.

Stackhouse Poland takes pride in the consultative nature of its service to clients so that they are not prejudiced in the event of a serious loss. Helping with the assessment of clients’ values is integral to this. Full knowledge of the size of a contents schedule, and how it is split between general contents, antiques, art and other valuables and collectibles is imperative if a policy is to be structured properly.

1. If appropriate, a visit will be arranged to discuss values and undertake a walk around of the property.
